The power of an invitation.

A simple invitation to join a local CSCMP roundtable opened up a lifetime of relationships and opportunity for me, and it can for you as well. As the new President of the Arizona Roundtable, I am so excited by what we have planned this year and welcome the opportunity to build upon our foundation here in the Valley!

The Arizona Roundtable Board has a legacy of running high value educational events, tours, and networking opportunities in Arizona and this year’s events will not be any different.   Just a handful of the events we are excited to bring the Arizona supply chain community include, our 9th Annual Supply Chain Symposium, 5th Golf Tournament, and 1st Multiday Educational Series on Ecommerce.  Beyond events aimed at supply chain professionals, we also look to make an impact on the next generation of supply chain professionals by supporting students at the ASU W.P. Carey School of Business.

The Arizona Roundtable through the help of our sponsors and members like you, are thrilled to provide scholarships to three students, offer complimentary undergraduate CSCMP Student Memberships, and look forward to sending six students to CSCMP’s Global Edge Conference in Atlanta later this month, helping them connect with industry leaders to begin their future careers.

As we look for ways to impact the world of supply chain in Arizona and beyond, we always need input and participation from people-just like you. My invitation to you, come and join us at one of our events and see what participating with fellow supply chain peers in Arizona might do for you.

Our next event includes a tour of Luke Air Force Base on October 19th and on November 2nd, we will be touring the McClane Foods facility.  Both of these arrive on heels of our tour of the REI Distribution Center on September 12th, the first net-zero energy and LEED Platinum facility in the country.   Quality programming, worthwhile networking and net generation preparation are key to our mission.  I look forward to meeting all of you at an upcoming event and welcome you to reach out to me directly, with any suggestions or comments.

Look forward to meeting you,

Jeff McCaulou

President, CSCMP Arizona Roundtable
